- The amount of the subsidy granted for each contracting carried out will be 4,950.00 €, and in no case may it be higher.
- The contracting must be formalised with people who on the date of commencement of the contract are beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System, in the terms provided for in the State Regulations that regulate it, and who have at least completed vocational guidance within the PI Training Plan.
- The types of eligible contracts are as follows:
- a) Indefinite-term contracts.
- b) Temporary contracts.
- c) Trainee contracts.
- d) Contracts for training and apprenticeship.
- The contract will be formalised with the beneficiary and will be subject in all its aspects (formalisation, execution and termination) to the labour legislation in force at the time of contracting.
- Contracts formalized with persons who have had an employment relationship with the beneficiary or related company in the six months prior to the formalization of the contract presented in the framework of this call for applications willnot be considered eligible for subsidies.
- Whatever the type of contract chosen (a, b, c or d), a minimum maintenance of employment must be guaranteed for at least the first six months, starting from the signing of the contract.
- Any contract signed under this call for proposals must include a reference to the co-financing of the contract by the European Social Fund and the Youth Employment Initiative under the Youth Employment Operational Programme 2014-2020.
- Only contracts signed on a full-time or full-time basis will be considered valid.
